We also cater for Team Building activities, from non-exercise games to exercise-based activities including boxing and mini soccer.
From the first meeting with Janelle Waters, to discuss a possible engagement, I immediately sensed a level of calm and a methodical approach. I met Janelle through work many years ago and after having 2 kids and becoming unfit and overweight, I thought enough is enough!
