Janelle’s Outdoor Group Training is a FUN outdoor training program that involves different workouts each session which will burn fat and increase muscle tone and your fitness. Absolutely no yelling is involved, and modifications are made for any injuries or discomfort. All programs are designed by Janelle’s Fully Qualified Trainers, and are tailored to the registered recruits.

Fitness develops over time and individuals are enlisting at differing fitness levels. We cater for all fitness levels within the program.
- Is Outdoor Group Training for me?
Yes! We cater for 30 years and above and for all. And if you prefer, we offer Women’s Only sessions.
- What are the benefits of Outdoor Group Training?
Accountability. We notice when you are not there, and cheer when you turn up! You will also experience one or more of fat loss, increased cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, muscular strength & endurance, agility.
- What will I be doing in an Outdoor Group Training session?
The course is designed to challenge you physically. You will perform activities including but not limited to: Step ups, star jumps, mountain climbers, running, postural exercises, push ups, squats, planks, team challenges.
- Is Outdoor Group Training safe?
Yes. All precautions are taken to ensure that you are safe at all times. All our Trainers carry first aid kits and are trained to use them. We encourage every recruit to manage their own personal safety by wearing suitable exercise clothing, shoes and to maintain safe levels of hydration during exercise.
Each recruit is required to complete a Recruit Enlistment Form and where necessary will be advised to obtain medical clearance prior to commencement. Please note that our Trainers can prevent you from participating if they suspect any activity will be unsafe or dangerous for your health and wellbeing.
- Who will our trainers be?
All Trainers are qualified fitness professionals with the necessary fitness industry recognition.
- What if it is raining?
We are determined for you to see results, and it is because of this that our determined Trainers will be running the courses rain, hail, or shine, ensuring you get all the necessary work done to see the changes you want. In saying that, all our locations have undercover areas.
- Do you refund?
Unfortunately after sign-up we cannot refund your money if you decide down the track that Group Outdoor Training it is not what you’re looking for. On request, we can provide you with a weeks Free Trial before you decide to commit. You can also ‘pause your membership’ via the account area, and ask for a cancellation within two (2) weeks notice.
- Do you offer a FREE Trial?
- What do I need to bring?
Comfortable workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full water bottle, a towel and/or mat and gloves to protect your hands. You will be given a t-shirt on your first day (subsequent t-shirt’s are not supplied, but can be purchased).
- Where and how will I be participating?
We conduct our sessions at various park venues in the Beecroft and Cheltenham area. If we do not provide a Group Fitness Camp in your suburb, please notify us and we may arrange this. Generally each session begins with a structured warm up activity, followed by a workout that will leave you wanting more! We will finish the workout with a Finisher and stretching that will help to improve flexibility. Each session aims to last one hour so be prepared!
- How do I pay?
You signup and pay via our online store.
- Can I suspend / pause my membership?
You can suspend or pause your membership for up to four (4) weeks per year. However, suspension isn’t available on 1 Month Packages.
