Exercise outdoors in beautiful Beecroft with a group of like-minded, fun people.
Group Fitness Classes cater to different ages with different levels of fitness, and varying injuries. We cater for everyone using body weight, boxing, weights, skipping ropes and more.
Unisex and Female Only sessions are available.

5.45 a.m. Outdoor Training is a great way to start the day. The exercises are good for muscle strength as well as fitness. It's much more fun to be with other people and you head into the rest of the day thinking you have really done something good for yourself. I know Outdoor Training has improved my fitness as I managed to run the 7 km mud run in December
I started bootcamp at Outdoor Training with Janelle Waters a year ago and I haven’t looked back. I enjoy exercising outdoors. I love her 9.30 lady’s Outdoor Training sessions - you have a great workout and get to meet new people while exercising. Janelle mixes it up weekly from boxing to resistance etc. She caters for all ages and all fitness levels. I love it!
